ORDINANCE NO. 81-21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN
LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND 300 FEET WEST OF
ZACHAkY LANE AS R -IA (LOW nFNSTTY STNGLr- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of
the City of Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning map with respect
to the hereinafter described property as:
R-lA (Low Density Single Family Residential)
District (RPUD 81-3)
'; That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of

Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way line of Hennepin
County State Aid Highway No. 9, Plat 9 except the East 269.50
feet thereof.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes
the development of said tract only in accordance with the RPUD
Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked 80027 RPUD 81-3.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
i upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 28th day of September, 1981.
