ORDINANCE NO. 81-17
AN ORDINANCE- ADOPTING THE 1979 UNIFORM FIRE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 905.01, is hereby
amended to read:
905.01 Uniform Fire Code. The Uniform Fire Code, 1979
Edition, published by the International Conferences of
Building Officials, is the fire prevention code of the
City, and is a part of this code as if fully set forth
herein. A copy of the Uniform Fire Code shall be marked
"Official Copy" and kept available for ptib'ic use in the
office of the city clerk.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 17th ay of August, 1981.
