ORDINANCE NO. 81-16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 715.05 (c) OF CHAPTER VII OF THE
CITY CODE RELATING TO RATES AND CHARGES FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Section 715.05 (c) of Chapter VII of the City Code is

amended to read:
(c) Volume Charge. A charge of $1.04 per one thousand
i gallons of sewage discharged into the City's sanitary sewer
system shall be made to each sanitary sewer account. The volume
of such sewage discharge shall be based upon the average amou^t
of water consumed by the account during the months of October
through March. In those instances where there is no metered
water service to an account or the account history is inade-
quate, the volume of sewer usage shall be that used for similar
classes of property similarly situated.
Section Z. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
