AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALE, CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY OF LIQUOR,
BEER AND WINE; AMENDING SUBSECTION 1200.21, SUBDIVISION 2, OF THE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1200.21, Subdivision 2,
Js amended to read:
j 1200.21, Subd. 2, Sunday Sales. Sales of intoxicating liquor made
under a license therefor may be made between the hours of 10:00 o'clock
a.m. and 12:00 o'clock midnight.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 10thday of August, 1981.
