ORDINANCE NO. 81- 12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
NORTH OF 37TH AVENUE NORTH AND WEST OF WEST MEDICINE L,+KE DRIVE AS Rl-B
(LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance Ordinance Ni. 80-9 of the City
of Plymouth adopted June 6, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:

(RI -B Low Density Residential District
Tract A Registered Land Survey No. 652.
Section 2. Effective Date This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 6th day of ;uly 1981.
