ORDINANCE NO. 81-08
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
EAST OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE AT 30TH PLACE NORTH AS R -IA (LOW DENSITY
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
Map with respect to the herinafter described property as:
(R -1A Low Density Single Family Residential District)
Tracts G, H, and I, Registered Land Survey x559, Section 23, Town-
ship 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, now platted as
"Rappaport Addition".
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 18th day of May, 1981.
