ORDINANCE NO. 81- 07
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT
504 HARBOR LANE AS R -IB (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
(R -1B Low Density Residential District)
All that part of Lots 11, 12 and 13 lying south of a line 78.75 feet
north and parallel with the south line of Lot 11, and lying north
of a line 78.75 feet south of and parallel with the north line of
Lot 13, and lying west of a line drawn from the midpoint of the north
line of Lot 10 to the midpoint of the south line of Lot 15, all in
Block 1, Glen Grove Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to
the recorded plat thereof.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development
Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked 81007 and dated January 22, 1981.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 20th day of April, 1981.
