AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
BE7,4EEN 61ST AVENUE NORTH AND THE NORTH CORPORATE LIMITS EAST OF HEMLOCK LANE
AS R -1A ,(LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:

(R -1A Low Density Single Family Residential District) {
North one-half of northeast one-quarter, Section 2,

Range 22 west, Township 118 north, Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4,
5 of Morrison's Lakeview Addition.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract on y in accordance with the General Development
Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked 79034 and dated January 7, 1980.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 19th day of January, 1981.
