HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1980-23CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 80- 23 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST QUADRAND OF THE INTERSECTION OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE AND CLEVELAND AVENUE (EXTENDED) TO R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) UPON ANNEXATION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City of Plymouth adopted January 9, 1978, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by classifying land upon annexation to the City of Plymouth on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as - (R -IA Low Density Single Family Residential District) Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. 355, P.I.N. 25-118-22-33-0004 Lot 16, Auditor's Subdivision No. 355, P.I.N. 25-118-22-33-0005 Section 2. General Development Plan. Tais Ordinance authorizes the development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked 80002 and dated April 5, 1979. Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. Adopted by the City Council the 3rd day of March, 1980. Howard L.
