AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND I-494 AS
B-1 (OFFICE LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City of
Plymouth adopted January 9, 1978, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
(B-1 Office Limited Business)
The Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, west of the Interstate
Highway I-494 right-of-way; and
the Easterly 325 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15;
more commonly described as the Northwest corner of the intersection of I-494
and County Road 9.
Section 2. General Develo ment Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development
Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked 79025 and dated June, 1979.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council this 7th day of April, 1980.
