CITY OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 80- 21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED IN
THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF TEAKWOOD LANE AND 26TH AVENUE
NORTH AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
(R-2 Low Density Multiple Residence District)
Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Creekview 2nd Addition (P.I.N. 27-118-22-11-0046)
Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Creekview 2nd Addition (P.I.N. 27-118-22-11-0047)
Lot 3, Block 1, Plymouth Creekview 2nd Addition (P.I.N. 27-118-22-11-0048)
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 20th day of October, 1930.
