AN ORDINANCE AMENDIIIG THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT
13200 STATE HIGHWAY 55 AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
(R -1A Low Density Single Family Residential District)
That part of the North one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of
Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, lying Northeasterly of State
Trunk Highway No. 55 and West of a line drawn at a right angle to
the North line of said Section, from a point therein distant, 1098
feet West of the Northeast corner thereof. Subject to public road
easement over the North 33 feet thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted Ly the City Council the 6th day of October, 1980.
