AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED IN
THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF I-494 AND COUNTY ROAD 6 AS I-1
(PLANNED INDUSTRIAL)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance, Ordinance No, 80-9 of the City of
r'lymdu th adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
:j Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
ALSO:
(I-1 Planned Industrial)
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 27,
Township 118, Range 22, described as beginning at the northeast corner of
the West 660.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence South along east line of the west 660.00 feet of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to the Northerly right-of-way line of
U.S. Interstate Highway No. 494, as described in Book 6E, page 3730193
(parcel 21) Office of the Register of Deeds; thence Easterly along said
Interstate Highway No. 494; thence Northerly along said Westerly right-
of-way lin,,.T to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter; tlpnce West along said North line to the point of beginning.
The North 911.44 feet of the West half of the West one-half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 27, Township 118,
Range 22, except the North 230 feet thereof, according to the United
States Government Survey thereof, and situated in Hennepin County,
Minnesota, being registered land as is evidenced by Certificate of
Title No. 553056.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 6th day of October, 1980.
