i THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF VICKSBURG LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9
AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) 4

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
'j Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
i4Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is
;hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
,!Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
(R -1A Low Density Single Family Residential District)
That part of Government Lot 1, in Section 16, Township 118,
Range 22, which lies South of the North 662 feet thereof
including accretions thereto and subject to a road right-
of-way over the westerly 33 feet thereof measured at right
angles with the North line of said Government Lot 1,
Hennepin County, Minnesota. Also Beginning at the Northwest
�j corner of Government Lot 2, Section 16, Township 118, Range 22;
thence south along the West line of said Lot 2, 246.8 feet to
the center line of the Rockford Road, so called; thence along
the center 1'ae of said Rockford Road North 88 degrees and 41
;f minutes East 382 feet to the center of a ditch; thence in a i
Northeasterly direction along the center line of said ditch to
its intersection with the North line of said Government Lot 2;
thence West along said North line 592.5 feet to point of
it beginning and including accretions. j
I Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development
Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked 80051 and dated 9/24/80.

Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
!•;passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 6th day of October, 1980. t
