ORDINANCE NO. 80-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED IN
THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 12 AS FRO (FUTURE RESTRICTED DEVELOPMENT)
DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
FRD (Future Restricted Development) District
That land lying east of Zachary Lane, south of the Soo Line Railroad tracks,
north of Hamel Road right-of-way, and west of the following described line: a
line parallel to and 950 feet westerly of the east line of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 12, extending from the centerline of Hamel Road right-of-
way to the centerline of the Soo Line Railroad tracks.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 2nd day of September, 1980.
