AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND SUBDIVISION FEES;
AMENDING SUBDIVISIONS 2 AND 3 AND ADDING SUBDIVISION
4 OF SUBSECTION 1015.23 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subdivision 2 of Subsection 1015.23 of the City Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Subd. 2 Fees.
Conditional Use Permit Fee
Preliminary Plat Fee
Final Plat Fee
Rezoning Fee
(Amending District Boundaries)
Zoning Ordinance Amendment Fee
(Amending Ordinance Text)
Site Plan Review Fee
Zoning Variance Fee
Subdivision Variance Fee
Lot Division Fee
Lot Consolidation Fee
Land Use Guide Plan Amendment
Fee (Amending Classification
of Property)
Planned Unit Development Plan
Review Fees
Concept Plan
Preliminary Plan
$ 75.00 for new home occupation
applications
$100.00 for all other new applications
$ 25.00 for all renewals
$ 15.00 per acre of land area to be
platted, plus $10.00 per lot and outlot
Minimum fee: $250.00
$100.00
From FRD District: $250.00
From all other Districts: $300.00

In conjunction with site plan:
$ 50.00 per application
All other variances:

Section 2. Subdivision 3 of Subsection 1015.23 is amended to read
as follows:
"Subd. 3. Amended Plan Fees. Whenever a developer, subdivider, or
other applicant submits altered or modified plans, other than those
directed by the City, as an amendment to a proposal, the full appro-
priate new application fee shall be paid before the amendment is
referred to the Planning Commission or City Council for consideration."
Section 3. The following is added as Subdivision 4 of Subsection
1015.23:
"Subd. 4. Refunds. Application fees may not be refunded unless the
application is withdrawn prior to its referral to the Planning Com-
mission by the City Clerk or the Council."

Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on September 1,
