ORDINANCE NO. 80-11
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE FIRE PREVENTION
CODE; AMENDING SUBSECTION 905.09 OF THE CITY
CODE AND ADDING SUBSECTION 905.13 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 905.09 of the City Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"905.09. Fire Extin,�uishing Systems. The Building Official is
hereby authorized to charge a fee for all plan checks
and inspection work relating to fire extinguishing
systems in accordance with Chapter X, Section 1015.25."
Section 2. The following is added to the City Code as Subsection
905.13:
"905.13. Tanks Containinq Flammable or Combustible Liquid or Gas.
1980.
The Building Officia' is hereby authorized to charge a
fee for all plan chf.cks and inspections of work relating
to the installation of all tanks containing flammable or
combustible liquids or gas in accordance with Chapter X,
Section 1015.27."
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on September 1,
Adopted by the City Council the 7th day of July, 1980.
