ORDINANCE NO, 80-7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF STATE HIGHWAY 55 AND FORESTVIEW LANE AS B-1 (OFFICE LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City of Plymouth adopted January 9, 1978, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordi- nance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as: (B-1 Office limited business) That part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows; Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 thence southerly along the east line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 a distance of 397,12 feet south of the northeast corner thereof; thence westerly deflecting to the right 90 degrees a distance of 220 feet; thence northerly deflecting to right 90 degrees to the southerly right-of-way line of County Road Number 6; thence easterly along said southerly right-of-way line to the east line of said South- west 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence southerly along said east line to the Point of beginning; That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, all in Section 35, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds West along the east -west quarter line of said Section 35 a distance of 1313.34 feet; thence continue North 89 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds West along said east -west quarter line a distance of 646.30 feet; thence North 0 degrees 05 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 998.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 1120,23 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 0 degrees 10 minutes 06 seconds west a distance of 402.97 feet; thence easterly to a point on the east line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 distant 595.04 feet north of the Southeast corner thereof; thence northerly along the east line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 to a point of 397.12 feet south of the northeast corner thereof; thence westerly deflecting to the left 90 degrees, a distance of 220,00 feet; thence northerly deflecting to the right 90 degrees to the southerly right-of-way line of Old County Road Number 6; thence easter- ly along said southerly right-of-way line to the east line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence northerly along said east line to the north east corner thereof; thence westerly along the north line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 to its intersection with a line bearing North 0 degrees 10 minutes 6 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence South 0 degrees 10 minutes 6 seconds East from the point of beginning thence South 0 degrees 10 minutes 6 seconds East to the point of beginning, Section 2. General Development Plan, This Ordinance authorizes he development of said tract o' n'Ty in accordance with the General Development Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked A-786 and dated July 31, 1979.
