AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES;
AMENDING SUB -SECTION 715.07, SUBDIVISION 2 {.
OF THE CITY CODE +i

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: +
Section 1. Sub -section 715.07, Subdivision 2 of the City Code
is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor:
"710.07. General Requirements.
. . . Subd. 2. Adoption of 6 MCAR 4.8040.
6 MCAR 4.8040, Individual Sewage Treatment Systen
Standards, is adopted by reference and is as much a part of
this Code as if fully set forth herein."
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage and publication. 11",
Adopted by the City Council the 25th day of February, 1980.
