AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF WEST MEDI!=INE LAKE DRIVE AND 28TH AVENUE NORTH
AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section . Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City of
Plymouth adopted January 9, 1978, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City of Plymouth
Zoning Pap with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
(R -1A Low Density Single Family Residential District)
That part, of Government Lot 6 of Section 23, Township 118, Mange 22 described
as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of said Government Lot 6
equal distant between the North and South line of said Government Lot 6, thence
East on a line equal distant between the North line and the South line of said
Government Lot 6, 1563.05 feet, thence Northeasterly deflecting to the North
29 degrees 09 minutes to the shore of Medicine Lake: thence Southerly along
the shore line of said Medicine Lake to the South ling of said Government Lot
6; thence West along the South line of said Government Lot 6 to the West line
of said Government Lot 6; thence North along the West line of said Government
Lot 6 to the place of beginning, except that pert thereof which lies Westerly
of the centerline of County Road 154, also known as West Medicine Lake Drive.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of sait-3 ract only in accordance with the General Development
Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked 79064) approved by the City Council
under Resolution 80 117 on February 11, 1980.
Section 3, Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 11th day of February, 1980.
