"305.05. Park and Recreation Advisory Commission. Subdivision
Creation. There is established a Park and Recreation Advisory Commission
Tor the City.
Subd, 2. Membership, The Park and Recreation Advisory Commission
consists of seven members appointed in the manner set forth in this sub-
section. The City is divided into four districts and one member of the
Commission is appointed for each district.
District No. 1 - Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17 and 18.
District No. 2 - Sections 19, 20, 21: 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33.
District No. 3 - Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35 and 36.
District No. 4 - Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.
Three members of the Commission are appointed from the City at large.
Members of the Commission are appointed by the Council for a term of
three years expiring on January 31st of each year."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shah become effective
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth this 4th day
of February, 1980.
