AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1010.01
SUBD. 7, OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Section 1010.01, Subd. 7, is
amended as follows:
"Subd. 7. Use of Firearms for Destruction of Nuisance
Animals. Section 930.05. $10.00 annual fee.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective on its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 21st day of January 1980.
