AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO STORM DRAINAGE:
AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-20 ESTABLISHING
STORM ''EWER IMPROVEMENT TAX DISTRICT AO. 4
SHINGLE CREEK WATERSHED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Authorit . The City is authorized by Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 444.16 to 444.21 the "Act") to establish storm sewer improvement
tax districts for the purpose of constructing and financing storm sewer
and related facilities within such districts.
Section 2. Findings. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that it is necessary and desirable for the proper control of storm drainage
and flooding in the City to use the authority contained in the act to create
a storm sewer improvement tax district.
Section 3. District Created. Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District
No. 4, Shingle Cree atershe �tFie "District") as established by Ordinance
79-20 is amended. The amended boundaries of the district are as follows:

1. On page 1, omit lines 27 through page 2, line 2 in their
entirety and insert;

Section 4. Effective Date: Filing. This ordinance is effective
on the day of its publication in accordance with law. The City Clerk
shall file a certified copy of this ordinance with the County Recorder
of Hennepin County.
