THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

f Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City
i1of Plymouth adopted January 9, 1978, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordi-
Jlnance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
(R-0 Restricted Residential Subdivision District)
Uhe south 300 feet of the SE 4 of the M•J of the NE;, of Section 14, Township I

18, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

County, Minnesota.
f Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development
Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked A-611 and dated September 20, 1978.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 15th day of October, 1979.
