RELATING TO STATUTES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE;
AMENDING PLYMOUTH CITY CODE, SUBSITCTION 100.07
THE CITY COUNCIL ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 100.07, is amended
to read:
100.07 Official Statutes; Codes; Regulations; and Ordinances.
References in this Code to Minnesota Statutes are to Minnesota
Statutes 1979; Minnesota Statutes 1979 Supplement; and Laws 1979;
unless otherwise provided in this Code. References in this Code
to Rules and Regulations of state agencies, codes and ordinances
of other municipalities are to those documents in effect on
January 1, 1979, unless otherwise provided.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective in accordance with
Subsection 110.11.
Adopted by the City Council the 17th day of September, 1979.
