AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO STORM DRAINAGE:
ESTABLISHING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT TAX DISTRICT NO. 2
MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Autht��oriThe City is authorized by Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 444.16 to 444.21 (the "Act") to establish storm sewer improvement
tax districts for the purpose of constructing and financing storm sewers
and related facilities within such districts.
Section 2. F_iFindings. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that it is necessary—an�ic-desirable for the proper control of storm drainage
and flooding in the City to use the authority contained in the Act to create
a storm sewer improvement tax district.
Section 3. District Created. Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District
No. 2, Minnehaha Creek Waters ed (the "District") is established. The
boundaries of the district are as follows:

MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED
1 Minnehaha Creek Watershed in the City of Plymouth comprises
that area which is bounded by the following described lines-
comnenzing at a point of beginning at the westerly most southwest
corner of the City of Plymouth, Hennepin County, thence easterly
along the irregular southerly line of the City of Plymouth to the
.rest line of Plymouth Road in Sec. 34, T118N, R22w, (DOPE 1);
thence northerly along the west line of Plymouth Road to the
southeast corner of Lot 19, Greer's Orchard Tracts, thence west-
erly along the south line of said Lot 19 to a point 50 feet east
10 of the west line thereof, thence northerly along a line 50 feet
east of and parallel to the west line of said Lot 19 to a point
150 feet north of the south line of said Lot 19, thence easterly
alone a lire 150 feet north of and parallel to the south line of
said Lot 19 to the east rine thereof, thence northerly along said
east lire to a point 267 feet north of the south line of said
Lot 19, thence westerly along a line 267 feet north of and
parallel to the south lire of said Lot 19 to a point 59 feet east

Section 4. Effective Date: Filing. This ordinance is effective
on the day of its publication in accordance with law. The City Clerk
shall file a certified copy of this ordinance with the County Recorder
