ORDINANCE NO. 79-17
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO STORM DRAINAGE:
ESTABLISHING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT TAX DISTRICT NO. 1
BASSETT CREEK WATERSHED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Authority. The City is authorized by Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 444.16 to_444.21—(the "Act") to establish storm sewer improvement
!i tax districts for the purpose of constructing and financing storm sewers
and related facilities within such districts. l
Section 2. Findings_. The City Council hereby finds and determines
that it is necessary�an —desirable for the proper control of storm drainage
and flooding in the City to use the authority contained in the Act to create
C, storm sewer improvement tax district.

Section 3. District Created. Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District
No. 1, Bassett Creek Waters a the "District") is established. The
boundaries of the district are as follows:
