AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PLANNING AND
LAND USE REGULATIONS; AMENDING SUBSECTION
! 500.11(d) OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 500.11(d)
is amended to read:
"500.11. Final Plats; Certification. The final
plat shall contain the following certifications:
i
..(d) Space for certificates of the Mayor, City
Engineer together with space for the attestation
of such signatures by the City Clerk."

Section 2.. This ordinance shall become effective upon
passage and publication.
i Adopted by the City Council the 25th day of June, 1979.
