HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1979-05CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 79-5 AN ORDANCE RELATING TO TOWING OF VEHICLES; AMENDING SUB -SECTION 1310.11, SUBD. 6 AND 8 OF THE CITY CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Sub -Section 1310.11, Subdivision 6 of the City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Chapter XII. Section 1310.11 "Subd. 6. Charge When Owner Appears Before Towing. When a request i; has been made by t e Police Department for the towing and impounding of a i1 vehicle on account of the parking violation, and when the owner or operator i� thereof appears before Such $,3.00.
