ORDINANCE NO. 79-3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R -1B (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978, and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
from R-2 (low density multiple residential) to R -IB (low density residential
Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Maple Creek 2nd Addition
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by thy. City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 5th day of
March, 1979.
