ORDINANCE NO. 79-2
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALE OF NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: I
?f Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Chapter III, Section 3.11(a) is `
amendod to read:
i; 3.11. Restrictions on Issuance of Licenses.
(a) No "on -sale" license shall be granted hereunder to any
applicant who already holds an on -sale license, and r,o
license shall permit either "on -sales" or "off -sales" by
the holder of said license, except on the premises for
which the license is granted. i
Section 2. This ordinance is effective as to all "on -sale" non- !
intoxicating malt liquor licenses issued for the license year ending in
1979 and subsequent years.
Section 3. The City Clerk, Manager and Attorney are authorized and
directed to intergrate the provision of this ordinance into the appropriate
section of the Plymouth City Code of 1979 after its adoption by this
council.
