AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS B-1 (OFFICE LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City of
Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-lA
(Low Density Single Family Residential) to B-1 (Office Limited Business
District):
All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 35, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North along
the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
1010.8 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described;
thence deflecting to the right from the West line of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 92 degrees, 02 minutes a distance
of 139.35 feet to the West line of road; thence Northwesterly along
the West line of said road a distance of 100 feet to the Southerly
line of Old County Road No. 6; thence Westerly along the Southerly
line of Old County Road No. 6 a distance of 126 feet to its intersection
with the Westerly line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter; thence South along said Westerly line 122.2 feet to the point
of beginning.
Which lies Southerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of State
Highway 55.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 19th day of
December, 1978.
