ORDINANCE NO. 78-21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 as B-3 (SERVICE BUSINESS DISTRICT), AND
AS R-0 (RESTRICTED RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City of
Plymouth, adopteesJanuary q, 1978 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described properties
from B-2 (Shopping Center Business) to B-3 (Service Business District):
1) That part of Outlot D, Bass Lake Plaza, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying east of the West 190 feet thereof, except
that part of said Outlot 0, lying southerly of the south
line of Outlot E in said Bass Lake Plaza, and east of the
extension southerly of the westerly line of said Outlot E.
2) Lot 1, Block 1, Bass Lake Plaza Addition.
Section 2. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City of
Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance;
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from B-2 i
Shopping Center Business District) to R-0 (Restricted Residential
Subdivision District):
The West 190 feet of Outlot D, Bass Lake Plaza Addition.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and pub cat on.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 19th day of
December, 1978. ,
