ORDINANCE NO. 78-20
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 77-18 WHICH CLASSIFIES CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 as I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 77-18,
regarding the General Development Plan for the development of property at the
Northwest Quadrant of Niagara Lane and 28th Avenue North, which was rezoned
from R -O (Restricted Residential) to I-1 (Planned Industrial) by Section 1 of
said Ordinance, is hereby amended to read as follows:
This Ordinance authorizes the development of said tract only in
accordance with the General Development plan, consisting of one
(1) exhibit marked A-750 and dated August 14, 1978 as amended
and approved by Resolution No. 78-548
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and adoption.
Adopted by the City Council the 5th day of September, 1978.
