AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED
IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, AS B-1 (OFFICE LIMITED BUSINESS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance NO. 78-2 of the Cicy
of Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
as:
B-1 (Office Limited Bus', ss

That part of the North 667 feet of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast .uarter of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, lying
west of the westerly right-of-way line of County State Aid Hqihway No. 18.
Section 2. General Cevelopment Plan. Thi; Grdinance authorizes the
development of said tract on;v in a.cordance with the General Development
;j Plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit marked A-837 and dated July 26, 1978.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
