CITY OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 78-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED IN SECTIONS 22 AND 27 TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS B-1 (OFFICE
LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City

of Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978, and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended by changinq the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the h^reinafter described property
i
as:
B-1 (Office Lirilited Business District
That part of the west 217.21 feet of Tract B, Registered Land Survey
I No. 1133, as recorded in the Office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying north of the south 15 feet of said Track B.
AND,
That part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1133, as recorded in the

Office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin Coutny, Minnescta, lying
j east of the west 217.21 feet of said Track A. Also,
That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1133, as recorded in
the Office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying
east of the west 217.21 feet and north of the south 175.09 feet.
f Except that part of said Tracts A and B lying northeasterly and easterly
j of the following described line:
Commencing at a point on the West line of said Tract A of said
R.L.S. ,No. 1133, 66.21 feet south of the northwest corner of said
Tract A; thence east at right angles to the west line of said Tract A
for a distance of 51.84 feet; thence southeasterly 81.51 feet along
a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 151.94 feet and
a central angle of 30 degrees 44 minutes 15 seconds; thence south-
easterly parallel with the northeasterly line of said Tract B.
for a distance of 357.68 feet; thence southeasterly 105.03 feet
along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 111.00
feet and a central angle of 59 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds; thence
south parallel with the east line of said Tract B to the south line
of Tract B and said line there terminating.

County, Minnesota, lying north of the south 15.00 feet of said Tract B.

Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance
authurizes the development of said tract only in accordance with the

General Development Plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit marked(A-636)
i
and dated July 12, 1978,
Section 3, Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 24th day of July, 1978.
