ORDINANCE NO. 78- 17
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED IN SECTIONS 2 AND 3, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, AS B-2 (SHOPPING CENTER
BUSINESS DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City

of Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordi-
nance, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
i as:
B-2 (Shopping Center Business District)
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 118, Range 22
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest
Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 18 minutes 07 seconds East along the
North line of said Northwest Quarter, 440.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees
00 minutes 29 seconds East, 118.09 feet; thence Southwesterly 225.11
feet along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 278.12
feet; thence South 46 degrees 22 minutes 04 seconds West, 235.75 feet
to the center line of Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 10, Plat 8;
thence Northwesterly along the center line of said Hennepin County State
Aid Highway No. 10, Plat 8. a distance of 243.00 feet to the West line of
said Northwest Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 29 minutes 16 seconds East
along the West line of said Northwest Quarter, 331.90 feet to the point
of beginning. For purposes of this description, the West line of said
Northeast Quarter is assumed to bear North 0 degrees 29 minutes 16 seconds
East.
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 118, Range 22,
lying Northerly of the center line of Hennepin County State Aid Highway
No. 10, Plat 8.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes
.he development of said tract only in accordance with the General Develop-
ment Plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit marked A-528 and dated July 12.
1978.

Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 24th day of July, 1978.
