ORDINANCE NO. 78-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIrl LANDS
IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-16 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDP!N AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City

of Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
from R-0 (Restricted Residential District) to R -IB (Low Density Residential
District):
That part of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, described as follows: A strip of land one-half rod wide running
north and south, west of the East line of the West Half of the West Half
of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township
118, Range 22, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, and the Cast Half of
the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarte:, excepting
a strip of one rod wide running North and South, West of the East line of
the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
13, Township 118, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall taKe effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 12th
day of June, 1978.
