AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R -1B (LOW DENSITY RESIDENCE
DISTRICT) F
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from
R -O (Restricted Residential) to R -1B (Low Density Residence District):
The North Half of that part of the South three-quarters of the West
Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying North of a line drawn parallel with and
distant 1,020.13 feet North of the South line of said South three-quarters
as mean -ed at right angles to said south line.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 12th
day of Jame, 1978.
