ORDINANCE NO. 78-9
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER II, SECTION 17.02
OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO PERMIT FEES AND
REPEALING PORTIONS OF SECTION 16.02 OF CHAPTER
II OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO LICENSE FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Chapter II, Section 17.02 of the
City Code. Section 17.02 of Chapter II of the City Code is hereby
amended by adding the following thereto as Paragraph F.
"17.02. Fees.
F. Planning Fees:
(1) Conditional Use Permit Fee $50.00 for a new application 3
$20.00 for a renewal
(2) Preliminary Plat Fee $10.00 per acre of land area
to be platted plus $5.00 per lot
Minimum fee: $200.00
(3) Final Plat Fee $50.00
(4) Rezoning Application Fee $100.00
(5) Site Plan Review Fee $100.00
(6) Zoning Variance Fee $50.00
(7) Lot Division Fee $50.00 for each new parcel
(8) Lot Consolidation Fee $50.00"
Section 2. Repeal of Portions of Chapter II, Section 16.02 of
the City Code. Those portions of Section 16.02 of Chapter II of the
City Code relating to "Platting" fees and"Subdivision and Consolidation '
of Lots" fees are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication
