AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN.LANDS IN
SECTION, It; TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R -}A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:.
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance #78-2 of the City of
Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance;`
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0`
(Restricted Residential) to R -1A (Low Density Single Family Residential):
The South 1,020:13 feet, of the West half of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 11, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Subject to Larch Lane:
Subject to easements of record.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
{ its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 6th day -
of March, 1978.
