HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1978-04CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 78-4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HERESY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 78-2 of the City of Plymouth, adopted January 9, 1978 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from B-3 (Service Business) to I-1 (Planned Industrial): Commencing at the intersection of the south line of said Lot 5 with the right-of-way line of 28th Avenue North; thence easterly along said south line a distance of 323.0+ feet; thence at a right angle northerly a distance of 250.0+ feet; thence at a right angle westerly a distance of 75.0+; thence at a right angle northerly a distance of 447.0+ feet to an intersection with the south right-of-way line of State Highway 55; thence northwesterly along said right-of-way line to the intersection of said right-of-way line with the west line of said Lot 5; thence southerly along the west line of said Lot 5 to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of 28th Avenue North; thence southeasterly along said right-of-way line of 28th Avenue North to the point of beginning. Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 9th day of January, 1978. Howard L.
