ORDINANCE NO. 78-1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-L of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0
(Open Residential) to R-1 (Single Family Residential):
The South half of the South half of the Northwest Quarter of the South- '
east Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and
the South half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and
the East half of the North half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast.
Quarter all in Section 11, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.

Subject to Deerwood Lane as per Document No. 3226706.
Subject to 45th Avenue North as per Document No. 3308471.
Subject to easements of record.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 9th day
of January, 1978.
