ORDINANCE AMENDI+IG THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-3 (MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
R-3 (Multiple Family Residential District)
Lot 5, "Gleason North'' Addition, Section 32, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, MiAesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development
Plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit marked A-752 and dated October 5, 1977.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 17th day of October, 1977.
