ORDINANCE NO. 77-19
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTIONS 2 AND 11, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City of
Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0
(Open Residential) to R-1 (Single Family Residential):
Government Lot 7, Section 2, Township 118, Range 22 except that part of
said Lot 7 lying North of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 11, Township 118, Range 22 and East of the 41est line of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
extending to the shore of Bass Lake. ALSO,
The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section I1, Township
118, Range 22, except the Railroad right-of-way 100 feet wide running
through said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section
11.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 12th
day of September, 1977.
