ORDINANCE NO. 77-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City ..
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning flap with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0 �','•i
(Open Residential District) to I-1 (Planned Industrial District):
The South 1/3 of the North half of the North 55 acres of the East [ ;'
half of the Southwest Quarter and the South half of the North 1/3 i.
of the North 55 acres of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes
the development of said tract only in accordance with the General Develop-
ment plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit marked A-750 and dated July 21,
1977 as amended by Resolution #77 -
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 15th day of August, 1977.
