ORDINANCE NO. 77-17
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-2 (TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordi-
nance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
from R-0 (Open Residential District) to R-2 (Two Family Residential
District):
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range {
22 described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said i!
Northeast Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds West,
assumed bearing, along the north line of said Northeast Quarter a
distance of 1098.00 feet; to the point of beginning; thence South
0 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West 498.00 feet; thence South 89
degrees 45 minutes 40 seconds East 325,74 feet; thence North 6 degrees
36 minutes West 501.58 feet to the north line of said Northeast
Quarter; thence west along said north line to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.

Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 15th I
day of August, 1977.
