AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
fi SECTIONS 22 AND 23, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0
(Open Residential District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential District):
The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 118, Range }
22, ALSO i
That part of Government Lot 6 of Section 23, Township 118, Range 22,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the West Tine of said Government Lot 6 equal
distant between the North and South line of said Government Lot 6; thence
East on a line equal distant between the North line and the South line of q
said Government Lot 6 to the centerline of County Road 154 also known as
West Medicine Lake Drive; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of said
County Road 154 to the South line of said Government Lot 6; thence West
along the South _Iine of said Government Lot 6 to the West line of said Govern -i
ment Lot 6; thence North along the West line of said Government Lot 6 to
the point of beginning, excpet that part thereof embraced, within Registered
Land Survey 7#1188. ALSO
