HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1977-15CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 77-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TH'- ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN SECTIONS 2 AND 3, TOWHSNIP 118, RANGE 22 AS B-1 (LIMITED BUSINESS) Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0 (Open Residential) to B-1 (Limited Business): B-1 (Limited Business District) That part of the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 119, Range 22, lying southeasterly on the easterly line of Interstate Highway No. 494 as shown on Final Certificate Document No. 4040272 and lying southwesterly on the southerly line of Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 10, as monumented, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situatted in Hennepin County, Minnesota. ALSO, That part of Government Lot 5 and that part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 2, Township 118, Range 22, lying northerly of the center line of County Road No. 47 as platted in the recorded plat of Bass Lake Highlands and lying westerly and southerly of the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 10 as platted in the recorded plat of Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 10, Plat 8 according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situated in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to easements for right of way for County Highway No. 10 and No. 47. ALSO, That part of the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 118, Range 22, which lies northerly of the center line of the part of Hennepin County Highway No. 47, Plat 13, except that part thereof which lies northerly of the center line of the plat of Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 10, Plat 8, and its extension northwesterly, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and istuated in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to easements for right of way for County Highway No. 10 and No. 47. ALSO, That part of the west half of the northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 118, Range 22, lying easterly of Interstate Highway No. 494 as shown on Final Certificate Document No. 4040272 and northerly of the center line of the plat of Hennepin County Highway No. 47, Plat 13, and the northerly line of that portion of said right of way of Interstate Highway No. 494 which lies between said Plat 13 and said easterly line of Interstate Highway No. 494, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situated E in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to easement for right of way for s. County Highway No. 47. is ,F Page 2 Ordinance X77-15 18 Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development of said tract only in accordance with the General Develop- ment Plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit marked "Exhibit A" and dated June 13, 1977. Section 3.
