AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN `
SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
I
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City of
PTymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R -O
(Open Residential District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential District):
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 20, i
Township 118, Range 22, described as commencing at the Southwest corner of t
the East 1030 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence
Northerly along the West line of the East 1030 feet of said Southeast Quarter 1
of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 351,58 feet; thence South 81 degrees ii
00 minutes 00 seconds East (assuming the South line of said Southeast Quarter ?
of the Northwest Quarter as bearing East) a distance of 358.36 feet to the
actual point of beginning; thence North l degree 13 minutes 42 seconds East
a distance of 372.85 feet; thence Northerly 138.16 feet along a tangential
curve to the left having a radius of 348.68 feet and a central angle of
22 degrees 42 minutes 12 seconds; thence Northwesterly, tagent to said
curve, a distance of 196.66 feet; thence Northwesterly along a tangential s`
curve to the right having a radius of 433:48 feet: to the North line of the
South 1008,57 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter {
thence East along. said North line to the East line of said Southeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter; thence South along said East line to the Southeast
corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence West along
the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to a line 1
bearing South 3 degrees 00 minutes- 00 seconds West from the actual point
of beginning; thence North 3 degrees OO minutes 00 seconds East to the actual
point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 20th day of
June, 1977.
